This is my first property purchase and from the beginning Peter at Barnard Marcus has been so incredibly helpful. He has made everything clear to me in relation to the process. Any time I have had questions he has responded incredibly quickly. He has looked at all the properties I've viewed to give me his thoughts on them. He has pretty much held my hand from viewing through to making an offer and beyond.
He also managed to get me an amazing deal on my mortgage which has given me the opportunity for something I thought was beyond my dreams.
He is never too busy to help and I have felt so grateful to have him on my side. Even though I have probably been quite a needy customer he has never made me feel like I couldn't contact him or that I was asking stupid questions.
