Excellent service

As first time buyers, looking into buying was uncharted waters and a bit overwhelming but we’ve been really happy with our service received. Always honest and in our best interests. From just the valuation and the beginning of the sale process I must say every person has been extremely friendly. The valuation took 1hr compared to the 15mins I had with another company. During the valuation process Eleanor wanted to get to know about the person as well as the property. She spent time going over the marketing tools they use. So far I feel like they care and will do all possible for the sale process.
