I am delighted with the service and time received from Joe and Nichola. They have been very proactive in what turned out to be a bit of a drawnout process. They have been polite, courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
I'd just like to say a massive thank you to you personally for your guidance and advice to us and also your professional handling of our buyer during the process. I'm sure other folks have a rockier road but ours was rocky enough with the buyer even threatening to walk due to delays on exchange day. Thankfully things have settled down now and after some decorating and buying of new furniture, the bungalow is feeling less like someone else's home.
