Throughout the entire process of selling our house the service from Jones & Chapman in Heswall has been fantastic. Amy was wonderful at helping us with our mortgage. Helena was always a pleasure to speak to and went above and beyond for us. Her support and guidance has been invaluable and I don't think we would have made it through without her. What a fantastic company! We walked past several estate agents and decided to go into the Wirral household name Jones and Chapman and we where not disappointed! We had a valuation the next day with a report with an outstanding amount of detail and thought shown and then viewing the day after that with an open day booked for a week later with over 10 viewing's! The ladies are an absolute delight to deal with and so far we are ecstatic!

The difference between other estate agents and Jones and Chapman is incredibly vast! We were asked all about what we where looking for and about our family and children and what we would want from our new home. From there, we where told of other potential areas that we had previously written off. On the viewing they clearly demonstrated that they had considered our lifestyle. Everyone in the Heswall office has been great.. from Caroline who took lots of time doing the initial valuation and explaining how it would all work..through to Carol, Ann and Rachel who have worked so hard doing all the viewing's (which culminated in getting us just the offer we needed).. through to Chris who has found us a great mortgage deal. We have been blown away with the level of compassion and professionalism that the girls in Heswall have had for our mother. She has lived in the same home for over 50 years and naturally felt incredibly nervous.
